Shen Xiaofang is recognized as a young talent in Jiangsu Province and is a third-tier candidate in the Jiangsu Province "333 High-level Talent Training Project." She is also part of the Gusu talent program. In 2019, she visited the Hand Surgery Center at TSRHC in the United States. Additionally, she serves as a peer reviewer for the Chinese Journal of Plastic Surgery and the Chinese Journal of Pediatric Surgery.
